I might add for your information that the Crown Agents have ordered 83,900 civilian respirators from us for Hong Kong of which 73,900 were shipped from London on the Ben Ledi on the 11th October last, and are due to arrive at Hong Kong towards the end of this month. The other 10,000 your Office decided to divert to Aden.
